I build the operational machinery underneath sales organizations — the systems, the data, and the products that let a business actually see what it is doing.

Mostly that means Salesforce architecture, mobile product, and reporting that people trust enough to make decisions with. Occasionally it means starting something.

Now
  • Director of Technology and Sales Operations at Prairie State Gaming, a PENN Entertainment company. Salesforce platform ownership, a consumer rewards app, a partner portal, and the data pipeline feeding all of it.
  • Building on my own time under Ravenworks Ventures, a small Montana holding company. A couple of things in progress, a couple shelved on purpose.
  • Living in the Flathead Valley, which is a better place to think than most.
Work

Prairie State Gaming

Director of Technology and Sales Operations

Own the Salesforce platform for a multi-state gaming operator, run product for a consumer rewards app and a partner-facing portal, and sit between the business and a corporate engineering team. Most of the job is turning what operators actually do into systems that hold up under audit.

Ravenworks Ventures

Founder

A Montana holding company for the things I build outside of work. Shared operating model, shared infrastructure, separate entities. Some of it ships, some of it gets shelved once the market answers the question.

OnDeck Spec

Founder · paused

A marketplace for home inspections, starting in northwest Montana. Built the inspector and agent portals, a property data prefill layer, and a county-first service area model. Paused because a better opportunity showed up, not because the thesis broke.

Groupon

Home Services

Built the Home Services category from the ground up as a competitor to Angi. Supply acquisition, category economics, and the operating model behind both.

Drivin

Founding go-to-market team

Early commercial team at a used-vehicle marketplace. Helped build the sales motion and scale it through to acquisition.

OffYoga

Founder

An earlier venture. Useful mostly for what it taught me about how quickly a market will tell you the truth if you let it.
